LOFTE collects information you provide directly, including workout data you log through voice, camera, or manual entry. We also collect your email address when you create an account.
When you use the voice logging feature, your audio is sent to our servers and processed by OpenAI Whisper for transcription. Audio recordings are not stored after transcription. The resulting text is processed to extract workout data and is stored in your account.
Photos taken through the camera logging feature are sent to our servers for AI processing and are not stored after analysis. Extracted workout data is stored in your account.
We use your data to provide the LOFTE service, including storing your workout history, computing statistics, and powering the Nyx AI coach. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
LOFTE uses the following third-party services: OpenAI (audio transcription and AI features), Google Gemini (AI processing), Supabase (database), and Clerk (authentication). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your workout data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication.
LOFTE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

LOFTE is a personal fitness tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the workout data you log. By using LOFTE, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service.
The Nyx AI coach and other AI-powered features provide suggestions based on your workout data. These are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program.
LOFTE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
